MIMIX (mimix.app) is operated by DMTLABS PVT LTD. This page explains what data we use. We do not sell your data.

What we collect

Your email, a hashed password, your credits, and the date you signed up. The videos, images and text you upload, and your generation history (status, settings, result link). Basic technical data such as IP address in server logs.

Why

To run your account, verify your email, create your videos, manage credits and payments, provide support, and prevent misuse.

Who processes data for us

Higgsfield (video generation), Google Firebase (database), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Resend (verification emails), and Stripe (payments). Stripe handles your card details; we do not store them.

Cookies and storage

We don’t use advertising cookies. Your browser stores a login token so you stay signed in.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing help@mimix.app. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

Age

MIMIX is for people 18 and older.
